If you have logged into eSIMtur using your Facebook account, you can request the deletion of your account and any related data at any time.

How to request data deletion

To delete your user data obtained via Facebook Login, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to [your support email] with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

2. Include the following details in your request:

   • Your full name

   • Your Facebook account email (used to log in)

3. Once we receive your request, we will process it within 7 business days.
   
   

Automatic deletion

• If you remove eSIMtur from your Facebook account settings (Apps & Websites), we will no longer have access to your Facebook data.

• Any data already stored will also be permanently deleted within 7 days.
